主な職務内容

• Instagram・TikTok・YouTube Shorts向けの動画撮影企画・実施
• 撮影台本やトーキングポイントの作成（日本語・英語）
• 店舗スタッフを起用した撮影現場でのディレクション
• 撮影チームの進行・スケジュール・ロジ周りの管理
• 社内外の関係者（フリーランス含む）との連携
• ブランドトーンに沿った動画の納品管理

理想的な資格・スキル

• 映像制作またはデジタルコンテンツ制作の経験（4〜6年）
• 少人数撮影の進行・現場ディレクション経験
• 日本語・英語での台本作成力、コミュニケーション能力
• SNSショート動画に関する知見と興味
• ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネス英語
• テック製品やカメラカルチャーへの関心があれば尚可

Social Video Producer (Senior Producer)
Team: Social Media (Tokyo-based, Hybrid role)

Why This Role?

Join a fast-moving creative agency with roots in Austria and a reputation for bold visual storytelling. In this newly created role, you’ll lead the production of short-form content for one of Japan’s most iconic retailers. From planning and scripting to shooting and post, you’ll have ownership of the full process and the chance to shape a brand’s voice across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and production of social-first video content
• Write or adapt scripts in Japanese and English
• Direct shoots with store staff (non-actors) on-site
• Manage crew, scheduling, logistics, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams and external freelancers
• Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and is delivered on time

Ideal Qualifications and Skills

• 4–6 years of hands-on video production experience
• Confident directing and working with talent on set
• Strong writing and verbal communication in both Japanese and English
• Experience with short-form video for platforms like TikTok and Instagram
• Interest in consumer tech or camera culture is a bonus
