主な職務内容

• SNSの投稿カレンダー・スケジュール管理
• 制作チーム（デザイナー、編集者、プロデューサー等）との連携
• コンテンツのアップロードおよび配信対応
• 撮影・納品スケジュールのサポート
• コンテンツパフォーマンス（リーチ、エンゲージメント等）のトラッキングと分析
• 日本語での動画キャプション作成
• クライアントとのコミュニケーション業務

理想的な資格・スキル

• ソーシャルメディアまたはデジタルコンテンツ制作における2〜4年の経験
• 各ソーシャルメディアのアルゴリズムや強みなどのプラットフォームへの理解
• 高い組織力と細部へのこだわり
• ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネス英語での業務遂行能力
• SNS投稿・運用ツールの実務経験
• テック製品やカメラへの関心があれば尚可

Social Media Coordinator (Assistant SNS Producer)

Team: Social Media (Tokyo-based, Hybrid role)

You’ll work directly with the CEO,COO and key client stakeholders, gaining real production management experience in a fast-paced, bilingual environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage posting calendars and delivery timelines
• Coordinate across design, editorial, and video production teams
• Upload and publish content across social channels
• Support social video shoots and delivery scheduling
  Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, etc.)
• Write Japanese captions for video content
• Communicate clearly with clients on project progress

Ideal Qualifications and Skills

• 2–4 years in social media or digital content coordination
• Deep understanding of each SNS platform (Algorism, targeting, metric etc.)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Native-level Japanese, fluent business English
• Familiarity with social media posting tools and workflows
• Interest in tech or camera-related products is a plus
