About the role:

They are creating a new role as product design director.  Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, including interviews and testing, to inform design choices and enhance satisfaction.
• Develop visual representations and prototypes, refining them based on feedback.
• Design intuitive interfaces that reflect our brand identity and meet accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into compelling designs. Record design decisions and communicate updates effectively to ensure team continuity and stakeholder awareness.

About you:

• Qualifications include demonstrated expertise in UX design, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Diverse project experience, particularly in e-commerce-focused web or mobile projects, is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of user-centered and usability principles, as well as interaction design.
• Proficient in both Japanese and English languages.
