About the role

As their Strategy Director, you’ll join a growing team with a focus on putting people first.

You’ll lead multiple high-profile accounts, drawing on your expertise in problem-solving, curiosity about culture and technology, and hands-on approach to crafting compelling creative briefs.

You’ll also collaborate with their teams across the region, guiding them from research to execution and presenting your work with conviction.

As a leader, you’ll wear many hats, from conducting research and writing briefs to pitching ideas to clients and ensuring the quality of your work.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years of experience building integrated programs at top agencies, working with Fortune 500 clients. Expertise in business strategy, consumer insights, and digital behavior.
• Proficient in conducting research across traditional, web, and social platforms.
• Strong presentation skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts and foster collaboration across teams.
• A creative problem-solver with a curious mindset, adept at managing projects under pressure with a strong sense of urgency and priority.
• Native-level Japanese, business-level English
