シニアUIデザイナー

シニアUIデザイナーとして、クライアントとユーザー双方が満足するデジタル体験を生み出すために、卓越したクリエイティブな発想とスキルを注ぎ、形にしていくことがあなたの重要な役割です。

具体的な仕事内容

• 様々なデジタルプラットフォームにおいて、最先端でインパクトのあるデジタルコミュニケーションデザイン、インターフェイスデザイン、インタラクションデザインを生み出し、高度なスキルを提供する。
• アジャイル手法を用い、適応性の高いデザインソリューションを一貫して生み出す。
• ピッチにてアイデアをコンセプトに落とし込み、クライアントを魅了する。
• ステークホルダーにデザインプロジェクトをプレゼンテーションし、強い信頼関係を構築する。
• アイデア出し、共同デザイン、リファイニングのプロセスにおいて、同僚やクライアントと積極的かつ協力的にコラボレーションする。
• プロジェクトやタスクにおいてのスケジュール管理や予算管理、そしてトップクラス技術を届けられるよう確認する。
• 学び続ける姿勢を忘れず、デザインと技術の進歩に関する最新情報を常に把握すること。チームが業界の最前線にいられるよう、これらの情報を取り入ていく。
• 日本および世界の文化的なトレンドについて、常に最新の情報を収集する。
• 自分の知識を同僚と共有し、中堅·若手デザイナーに指導を行いながら、周囲をリードし、全体的なモチベーションを上げる。

あなたのプロフィール

• 優れたタイポグラフィとレイアウトスキルを持ち、多様で繊細な表現ができる。
• 色彩、陰影、動き、他の人が気づかないような細部にまで敏感な方。
• 卓越したデザイン美学を持ち、今までの優れた経験をポートフォリオとして持つ方。
• 未完成なワイヤーフレームから、洗練されたデジタル製品までデザインできる能力がある。
• アトミックデザインに精通し、多種多様なデザインシステムを構築できる方。
• ウェブやアプリ開発の技術的な可能性と限界を理解していること。
• ネイティブまたは流暢な日本語。ビジネスレベルの英語力。
• グローバルチームで活躍し、オープンマインドで新しい視点を受け入れることができる。
• エージェンシー/クライアントサイドを問わず、シニアデザイナーとしての経験があること。
• デザイン、インタラクションデザインまたはそれらに関連する分野の学位を取得していることが望ましい。

Senior UI Designer

As a Senior UI Designer, your pivotal role involves shaping and designing, infusing outstanding creative ideation and skill to produce digital experiences that bring joy to both clients and users.

– What you’ll be doing

• Demonstrate top-tier proficiency in creating cutting-edge and impactful digital communication design, interface design, and interaction design across various digital platforms.
• Consistently produce methodical, adaptable design solutions using an agile methodology.
• Utilize your expertise in pitches to bring ideas to life into concepts, captivating and energizing potential clients.
• Confidently present design projects to stakeholders, fostering trust and building strong relationships.
• Collaborate positively and cooperatively with colleagues and clients in the ideation, co-designing, and refining process.
• Ensure timely, budget-friendly, and top-quality delivery of projects and tasks.
• Embrace continuous learning, staying updated on design and technical advancements. Promote and apply best practices to position our team at the forefront of the industry.
• Stay informed about current and upcoming cultural trends, both in Japan and globally.
• Take charge and motivate others, sharing your knowledge with colleagues and providing mentorship to mid/junior designers.

– Your Profile

• Demonstrates exceptional typography and layout skills, showcasing a diverse and subtle range.
• Exhibits sensitivity to color, shadows, motion, and details that may go unnoticed by others.
• Possesses outstanding design aesthetics with a demonstrative portfolio.
• Capable of taking designs from low-fidelity wireframes to polished digital products.
• Proficient in atomic design principles and adept at building scalable design systems.
• Familiar with the technical possibilities and limitations of web and app development.
• Native or fluent Japanese. Preferred business-level English.
• Thrives in a global team, embracing fresh perspectives with an open mind.
• Proven track record in a Senior Design role, whether agency or client-side.
• Preferred educational background with a degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related design field.
