今回はエンゲージメントリード / プロデューサーとして、プロジェクトの進行管理を担い、映像、Web、アプリケーション、広告制作などの多様なアウトプットを統括します。

• クライアントや社内外の関係者と連携し、プロジェクトを成功へ導く。
• 映像、Web、アプリなどの複数フォーマットを統合した制作を管理。
• 進行管理と品質向上を担い、プロジェクトを円滑に遂行。
• 業界の最新情報を収集し、チームの議論を活性化。
• チームの成長を促し、新たな機会を創出する。

– あなたのプロフィール

• ブランド、ビジネス、文化に情熱を持ち、主体的に行動できる方。
• チームの成長を支援し、協力し合える方。
• 5年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験（クライアント対応含む）、
• 3年以上のチームマネジメント経験。
• 大規模プロジェクトのリーダー経験（３件以上）
• ブランディングや新規事業立ち上げの経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語。

As an Engagement Lead / Producer, you’ll drive project execution, oversee complex workflows, and ensure high-quality outputs across multiple formats, including film, web, and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects by collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Manage complex multimedia productions, ensuring seamless integration across different formats.
• Oversee project timelines, quality control, and workflow efficiency.
• Research industry trends to inform strategy and innovation.
• Drive team growth by providing mentorship and new opportunities.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in client-facing roles.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale multimedia projects (3+ projects).
• Experience managing teams (3+ years).
• Native level of Japanese and business English.
• Background in branding or new business development is a plus.
