主な職務内容

• チームとの連携を通じた、高品質かつ期限内のプロジェクト完了
• フロントとしてクライアントとの長期的かつ信頼性の高い関係構築
• 法務や総務関連タスクの管理およびガバナンス対応
• プロジェクトの陣営や財務面のモニタリング、および最適化
• JIRAなどを活用した進捗管理
• シニアメンバーのスタジオマネジメント
• 各会議のリードと社内の活発な議論醸成

理想的な資格・スキル

• プロジェクト管理、PMO、または関連する分野での実務経験
• テクノロジー、デザイン、ソフトウェア、広告代理店、コンサルティング企業を始めとする課題解決型のサービス、業務推進経験プロジェクトでの従事経験
• 数値管理やデータ分析への適応力
• ネイティブレベルの日本語能力およびビジネスレベルの英語能力
• WBSやガントチャートを活用したタスク計画・進捗管理能力
• 優れたリーダーシップ、コミュニケーション力、プレゼンテーションスキル
