今回は日本市場向けのUXデザインをリードするデザインリードを募集しています。新設されたAPAC部門の一員として、日本のユーザー行動に基づいたデジタルソリューションを提供し、世界各国のチームと連携しながらトレーディング体験を向上させます。

– 具体的な仕事内容

• 日本市場向けのUXデザインをリードし、グローバルチームと協力。
• ユーザーリサーチを実施し、デザインの改善策を提案・実施。
• ワイヤーフレーム、プロセスフロー、プロトタイプを作成し、ユーザーインタラクションを可視化。
• 海外エンジニア（主にUK、インド）と協力し、デザインのスムーズな実装をサポート。
• Web・モバイルプラットフォームのUX向上施策を検討・推進。
• ユーザーのニーズを理解し、ビジネス目標とバランスを取りながらデザインを最適化。

– あなたのプロフィール

• UXデザイナーとしての実務経験5年以上。
• ユーザーリサーチやユーザビリティテストの実施経験。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力とステークホルダーマネジメント力。
• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル。
• 海外のエンジニアと働いた経験がある方。

UX Design Lead, Japan – Global Trading & Investment Firm

About the Role

A leading global trading and investment firm is seeking a Design Lead to drive user experience for the Japanese market. As part of a newly established APAC division, you will shape digital solutions that align with local user behaviors and preferences. Collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams worldwide, you will ensure an exceptional trading experience for customers in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX design for Japan, working closely with global teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
• Develop wireframes, process flows, and prototypes to visualize user interactions.
• Partner with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance UX across web and mobile platforms.
• Advocate for user needs while balancing business objectives.

About You

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer in software product development.
• Strong background in user research, usability testing, and iterative design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Japanese, with business-level English.
• Experience working with overseas engineers.
