主な職務内容

• 国内市場における競合・消費者・製品トレンドの分析
• グローバルチームへの提案を含む、ローカル市場に即した製品戦略立案
• 本国プロダクトチームとの定期的なコミュニケーションおよび調整業務
• ブランド戦略の構築と実行、プロダクト導入〜拡販施策の推進
• 新ブランドの市場認知および販売促進施策の企画・管理

理想的な資格・スキル

• プロダクトマーケティングまたはブランドマネジメント経験（5年以上）
• 消費財領域（特に家電、ライフスタイル製品）の理解
• グローバルチームとの業務経験および高いコミュニケーション力
• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
• 自律的に戦略を構築し、実行に移す推進力

Product Marketing Manager
Team: Marketing (Tokyo-based, Hybrid role)

Why This Role?

Take the lead in localizing and scaling globally recognized consumer brands in Japan. This role bridges global product strategy and the needs of the Japanese market, playing a vital part in shaping market entry, adaptation, and long-term growth. With a new brand launch on the horizon, this is a high-impact role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct local market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
• Develop growth plans and submit localized product proposals to HQ
• Serve as the main liaison with global product teams
• Drive brand strategy and go-to-market execution in Japan
• Manage awareness-building and promotional initiatives for new brand launches

Ideal Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years in product marketing or brand management, preferably in consumer goods
• Strong understanding of Japanese retail and appliance markets
• Proven ability to collaborate across global teams
• Native-level Japanese, fluent business English
• Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
