―主な役割― 

このボジションでは、E Cサイトの再構築、並びにプロジェクトに紐づくタイムラインやリソース、コスト管理などのマネジメントを行っていただきます。また、開発のみならず、社内外のスケートホルダーのマネジメントや品質チェックをいただき、タイムリーかつ高品質な開発をサポートいただきます。こちらの企業では海外水準のシステムを構築しており、最先端のツールやサービスに感度の高い方、開発・実装の経験値をより高めたい方に最適なポジションとなっております。

  

－主な業務－ 

　・Shopifyを基盤とするE Cサイトの開発、実装を行う
　・プロジェクト全体の統括者として、進捗から予算まで計画通り遂行させる
　・ユーザーフレンドリーかつ、新機能を搭載した魅力的なサイトを構築する
　・ユーザーの動向を注視し、正しいK P Iを策定、モニタリングする
    ・チームを含むスケートフォルダーの効率的な運営を目指し、進捗調整を行う
    ・U Sに拠点を置くI Tチームと連携し業務を推進する
　・アジャイル・スクラム開発手法を活用し、ワンチームとしてプロジェクトを効率的に実行する 

  

  

－求めるご経歴・人物像－ 

　・ShopifyをはじめとするE Cサイトの知識と開発経験（Shopifyは基本設定だけでなくシステム拡張を実施した経験があると望ましい）
　・BtoCビジネス、かつEコマース関連のプロジェクトマネジメント経験（5年以上） 

　・海外のツールを含む最新の外部ツールの活用経験
　・データを正しく読み取り、改善案などを導き出す力
　・目標に対する決断力とコミットメント 

　・Tableau, SAPの活用経験
　・ブランドへの愛着、ファッションへの興味
　・ベンダーや海外チームと交渉のできる英語力
　・オムニチャンネルのマネジメント経験があると良い
　・PMPやCertifiedScrumMaster®（CSM®）やProfessionalScrumMaster™の資格があると良し

Project Manager (Fashion Manufacturer)
Assigned Team: Technical Team 

 

– Company Overview – 

This job is with a world-famous fashion and streetwear brand loved by people of all ages and genders. The brand actively collaborates with sports organisations, characters, and apparel from other industries. Besides physical store sales, the company has recently focused on e-commerce, where you’ll build and monitor the latest high-level systems to boost performance. 

You’ll play as a professional engineer and lead and manage project progress. The corporate culture includes experienced engineers from business and consulting companies. Depending on your abilities, you can expect significant career growth and a competitive salary in the industry. 

 

–Main Role- 

In this role, you will be responsible for rebuilding the EC site and managing the project’s timeline, resources, and costs. Besides development, you’ll oversee and quality-check stakeholders both inside and outside the company to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes. This company creates systems that meet global standards, making it an ideal position for someone keen on cutting-edge tools and services and eager to gain more experience in development and implementation.

 

-Duties- 

・Develop and implement an E-commerce site based on Shopify 

・As the overall project manager, ensure that the project is carried out as planned, from progress to budget 

・Build an attractive site that is user-friendly and equipped with new functions 

・Keep a close eye on user trends, and formulate and monitor the correct KPIs 

・Adjust progress with the aim of efficient operation of stakeholders, including the team 

・Work in collaboration with the US-based IT team 

・Utilize agile and scrum development methods to efficiently execute projects as one team 

・Desired background and personality- 

・Knowledge and development experience of E-commerce sites, including Shopify (experience in system expansion, not just basic settings, is desirable for Shopify) 

・Experience in BtoC business and E-commerce-related project management (5+ years) 

・Experience using the latest external tools, including overseas tools 

・Ability to correctly read data and derive improvement proposals, etc. 

・Decision-making and commitment to goals 

・Tableau, Experience using SAP 

・Affection for brands, interest in fashion 

・English skills to negotiate with vendors and overseas teams 

・Experience in omnichannel management is preferred 

・PMP, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), or Professional ScrumMaster™ qualifications are preferred
