主な業務内容:

  • CRM戦略の開発・実行: 日本市場での顧客獲得、リテンション、ロイヤルティ向上に向けたCRM戦略の策定と実施。5年間の市場シェア拡大目標をサポートします。
  • データドリブンキャンペーンの推進: CRMデータを活用し、デジタルおよびオフラインタッチポイントを通じて、パーソナライズされた顧客体験を提供するキャンペーンの実施。
  • 部門横断的な協力: 営業、マーケティング、オペレーションなどのチームと連携し、CRMのインサイトをすべての顧客接点に反映させ、顧客対応を強化します。
  • デジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進: SAP Commerce CloudからSalesforceへの移行をリードし、CRMのデジタル能力の向上とプロセスの効率化を促進。
  • KPI設定とパフォーマンス管理: CRMの効果を測定するためのKPIを設定し、顧客満足度、デジタルエンゲージメント、収益貢献を評価。

理想の候補者:

  • 消費財、ラグジュアリー、Eコマース、デジタルコンサルティング分野でのCRMやデジタルマーケティングの経験。
  • CRMシステムにおける実務経験と戦略的な思考力。

About the Role

Our client, a leading global brand in premium consumer goods, is seeking a Digital Manager, CRM to spearhead their digital transformation journey in Japan. Known for their innovative products in home and lifestyle categories, our client has built a strong reputation for quality and brand loyalty. This role offers the opportunity to shape and implement a CRM strategy from the ground up, driving customer engagement and expanding the digital impact of a brand beloved by consumers worldwide.

As the Digital Manager, CRM, you’ll blend strategic insight with hands-on execution, leveraging digital tools and customer insights to build end-to-end customer journeys, from pre-purchase to post-sales engagement. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Communications & PR, you’ll work cross-functionally to align CRM strategies with broader business goals, helping to enhance customer loyalty, drive sales, and elevate the brand’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic CRM Development: Design and implement CRM strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, supporting a 5-year growth target to expand market share in Japan.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage CRM data to shape personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance customer experience across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the CRM ambassador, working with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure insights are embedded across all customer-facing interactions.
  • Digital Transformation: Champion digital CRM adoption, guiding the transition from SAP Commerce Cloud to Salesforce, to enhance capabilities and streamline processes.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs that measure CRM effectiveness, focusing on customer satisfaction, digital engagement, and revenue contribution.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and a strong strategic mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work across functions and influence teams.
  • Business-level Japanese and Business Level English
